TEPROSA invests in precision and future security

TEPROSA GmbH continues to grow: With a new laser system from KIMLA, an additional nitrogen generator, and a high-precision multi-sensor measuring machine from Werth, we are consistently pursuing our investment strategy.

👉 New KIMLA PowerCut laser system
The new machine offers a working area of 2 x 1 meters and is equipped with fast, precise linear drives. It is optimized for fine, delicate structures, especially in electrical steel processing as well as thin and fine sheet metal applications.

👉 More reliability with an additional nitrogen generator
At the same time, we are expanding our infrastructure with another nitrogen generator. This ensures a stable supply of high-purity cutting gas, increases redundancy, and improves overall process stability.

👉 Investment in metrology
We are also taking a major step forward in quality assurance: With the ScopeCheck FB DZ 1000 from Werth Messtechnik GmbH, we will soon have a system with a measuring range of over 1,000 mm, both optical and tactile detection, and accuracy down to the micrometer level. This allows us to respond even better to the growing demands of our customers.
