• Micro-bridges from 0.03 mm (small connection between contour and sheet to anchor the blanks in the sheet composite)

Motor pads from professionals

High-precision metal washers are referred to as engine supports, which are used in various versions to compensate for the height during the tuning process in engine construction. With the help of engine supports, engines can be height-adjusted with their drive shaft and other drive train units so that no unwanted vibrations occur. To produce engine supports, we primarily use stainless steel of various thicknesses, but also aluminum in various alloys.

Your provider for motor pads

We manufacture your engine base for use in the tuning process with precise dimensions and of the highest quality according to your individual specifications. As metallic compensation layers, engine pads offer cost-effective and quick help for tolerance compensation in both the manufacturing process and the repair process.

As a contract manufacturer for laser cutting, processing the finest sheets of metal (0.020 – 6,000 mm) has been part of our daily business for over ten years. By using intermediate layers to compensate for tolerances, the manufacturing effort of individual components can be reduced and the costs of production can therefore be effectively reduced. As a specialist in laser processing, we produce particularly precise laser parts with almost no grade. Of course, we manufacture from the first sample through to series production.
