The laser parts are characterized by excellent quality. The laser beam of the laser cutting machine is focused to a diameter of 0.03 mm, which enables relatively narrow kerfs compared to other cutting processes.

Edge quality and cut quality of the laser parts produced in this way are many times more accurate than comparable processes. Thus, in laser cutting, we realize precise cuts, exact repeatability and contour accuracies of ± 0.01 mm.

Our laser technology

For cutting our laser parts, we use state-of-the-art fiber lasers from various manufacturers that enable contour accuracies of ± 0.01 mm and flexible application options, such as the manufacture of filters. Fiber lasers offer excellent beam quality and deliver low thermal input, enabling high-precision laser cutting. This is complemented by low distortion and clean, virtually burr-free cut edges.

The pumped solid-state lasers generate a laser beam in the mid-infrared range with a wavelength of 1,070 nm, which is directed to the material to be processed via a so-called fiber and a fixed optic by CNC system, or via a movable scanner optic (galvo system).

In comparison, the wavelength of most CO2 lasers, which show their advantages in material processing of wood, cardboard or textiles, is in the range of 10,600 nm.

Our laser systems thus offer unbeatable manufacturing quality and precision, so we can also produce laser parts for the watch industry.
